I have 3 career options right now:
Stay in the same company, continue to do uniform design work on a part-time basis. Little but instant gratification, but bleak prospect.
Stay in the same company, start out a new division and learn to work as the buyer. Chances to travel overseas, but need to be independent, and have good foresights, sales/networking skills - all of which I need to learn. This route may be unstable and challenging, but provides great opportunities for me.
Move on to another company, work on a new sportswear brand. Continue designing.
From my opinion of a complete outsider, and only reading from the 3 options you have up there, I will choose options 2 and 3, and most probably end up doing 2.
